Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect audio recordings from local transcription.
• We do not collect dictated text or personal content.
• We do not store your OpenAI API key on our servers.

Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial from your customer account, we store the public fields you provide, such as publication name, role, work, company or project, website or social link, and testimonial text, together with your account identifier, submission date, consent record, and publication status.

We use this information to review the testimonial, contact you if needed, provide early supporter rewards when applicable, and publish approved testimonials on voicetoprompt.app and related VoiceToPrompt resources. You can request removal or withdrawal of publication consent by emailing support@voicetoprompt.app.

Third-Party Services

• Paddle for payment processing.
• Cloudflare for hosting and delivery.
• OpenAI only when you choose cloud transcription or AI correction with your own API key.
